Guess what? I had just been to PS again to watch another movie. hahaz. I think i'm going broke, watching so many movies these few days. but heck it, it's the holidays. n there are a few more movies which I'm gonna watch. For eg. Harry Potter. yep.
Anyways, went to watch Shrek 2 with jon, james, sam n william. we reached PS at abt 11am, right after our lessons. haha. 11 is a good time, cos there aren't many ppl yet. When we came out of the cinema, the place is crowded. even on the mrt, it's super squeezy. hey, it's a monday afternoon. wassup with everybody?
Shrek2 is a super lame and funny movie. I esp liked the parts where they copied scenes from other movies, like spidey; ET; MI2 etc. then there's also all the fairy-tale characters, like pinochio; 3blindmice; gingerbreadman; captainhook; 3littlepigs... n my favourite character---Puss In Boots! haha. this cat is so cute when he looks at u with his shiny, big eyes. and it's far better looking than shrek or that donkey. hahaz.

The Lit test today was a killer. No, the questions weren't difficult. But there just wasn't enought time! Argh. That's the problem with literature. U got 4 qns, n u only have 90mins to finish. Plus u hafta think and restructure the sentences n paragraphs, n then write. N writing is a tiring process, esp when u are seated on a wooden chair, head bending down, neck aching. Anyway, the base point is, I didn't finish writing what i wanted to write. So I think i've flunked it.

After the test, went to see the jnrs train. then played 1 set before the sky cried. so too bad, training ended. went to PS with some vball mates in the afternoon. watch The Day After Tomorrow. Basically, this movie is abt the world ending, again. Haha. Same director who directed Deep Impact, so New York City is washed out again. this time ard, the difference is ICE. the whole northern part of USA is covered in ice, something like ice age. then jack hall(Dennis Quaid), was the first to discover tt ice will hit earth, n his son(Jake Gyn sth) went to NYC n got trapped in this ice. so his dad come look for him, trekking in the hailstorm. cool eh. no...icy eh. Overall the movie very nice. haha, every movie I watch i also say nice one. N the visual effects very realistic, very...whoa. ice forming everywhere, ppl freezing to death. But I learnt sth frm this. We can nv win nature. meteorite come, we can drill a hole n blast it. but if nature becomes angry, nth we can do will save us. Hurricanes will blow u away n destory a city in hours. And would u save ur gf, even if it means risking ur life?

Just bought Avril's latest album, Under My Skin. Listened to it once. she's just shouting in every song. haha. i might need some time to really love it. And I will love it. haha.

Sometimes I just don understand my school. They have the money to hire so many security guards, who are in fact, too many, but have no money to send 2 teams for youth cup. Yes, if my eyesight didn't fail me, the sch hired Anothersecurity guard. Seriously, I donno what are their duties. Isit just controlling the traffic in the morning and chasing ppl home in the evening? Such a cool job I also want. Actually, I don really mind if the sch hires security guards, but the number they hired is really crazy. Do we really need so many of them? Sch too rich or wad, how come become a charitable organistion. And then they come n say no money to pay for registration fee. Come'on lah, it's only $80, I'm sure the useless guards get more than that in a week. So please sch, come up with some other excuses for nt wanting to support the team, or rather, this cca. Such lame excuses really shouldn't come out from ur mouths.

Sianz... got back term progress report today. My grades are like at 2 extremes. Some really good, some like shit. But at least overall it's an improvement frm last term. So I juz hope that I can continue improving all the way to the end. Tml got Lit test. Oh manz, another dumb action by the sch. A test on a Saturday? Somemore it's the beginning of de 'holidays'. Gimme a break. Or I'll really break myself, mentally.

feeling tired now, but I shall blog abt today. basically, went to watch Troy with bird, jon, yonkz n weijie. Troy is an absolutely fantastic movie. haha. tho it lasts for 2hr 45min, this movie is one of the few that I've watched and didn't feel like it was tt long. goes to show how much I enjoyed de movie. Basically the story is abt Greece, led by King Agamemnon, attacking Troy for 2 reasons - for his brother's wife, Helen; and to conquer Troy. His best warrior is obviously Achilles, while Troy is defended by Prince Hector, aided by his useless brother, Prince Paris. =p Orlando Bloom's character kinda cowardly n useless in this movie. Anyway, this is the story lor. My fav character is Hector, played by Eric Bana. very noble, very courageous, very useful, very loyal(unlike his bro). So go watch this movie, full of bloodshed n ermz, sex. haha. Brad Pitt in the buff lor...wth. ok... some spoilers. highlight them to read them. Many ppl died in this movie. They include the 2 Kings, Achilles, Hector, and the many soldiers and civilians. Achilles killed Hector. Paris killed Achilles. King Agamemnon killed the King of Troy. cool eh. damnit that Paris wasn't killed. he lived. bleagh.

WASSUP MATES! I'm back from Perth! good to be back home, but I still miss Australia. bring me back there anytime mates. =) Ok. here are some things I experience at Down Under. Australia rocks manz.
THE FOOD. omg. the food there is fantastic. fantastic. I thought there would be lousy, uncooked, unfilling food, but NO!, it's better 500times than I first thought. Australians sure eat alot, no wonder all of them so big-sized and tall. talk more abt the food later.
THE WEATHER. there's no need for air-con there. the outside is the aircon. Imagine weaing 3 layers of clothing and jacket, and still feeling cold. the temperature is lyk, 6 degrees celcius?, sometimes even -6 in the night. so right now, it's super hot here in singapore. haha. sudden change in climate, still can't get used yet. nvm. but i like the weather there. cold, cool, chilly. can exhale smoke one. hahaz, so fun.
alright. Now abt the places and the activites there.
Chittering Valley. The first stop of my stay. It's situated deep in some bush area. there's no reception there either. electricity is provided thru a generator. water is limited. not much lights. So at first I thought this place is gonna be shit. but no. it's fantastic. other than having to sleep in a huge tent, the place is great. the person in charge of the place, Tony, is this big, muscled, fit, tall, strong bloke. but he has a funny side to his character. basically the first day there is spent setting up the big tents. and the place darkens very early. ard 5,6 sth and the place is super dark. sometimes i'm surprised to look at my watch to find out it's only 9pm when it felt like 12mn alr. haha. the 2nd day mostly did team-building activities, for eg. lifting somebody to shoving him around a circle that all of us formed. I din go up, hahaz, but it must be frightening up there. hmm. also gt this activity where each grp have to hold hands and each person must get thru the hoola hoop without letting go of our hands. my class rocks. while we were practising, we could not realli succeed and we took a long time to complete the task. so when it was time for each grp to properly 'perform', my grp last min changed strategy and managed to get a really good timing. it's lyk, nv rehearse before, just pop, change plan on the spot, n carry it out. great teamwork 4D! hee. then the afternoon was spent building a stretcher. the evening activity was kinda sucky. we had to carry a stretcher with a person on it, and walk thru the bush. the bush there is nt juz some small clump of grass. it's like a forest. anyway, my grp's stretcher broke halfway. and we had to rebuild another on the spot. but the night sky there is whoa. all the stars in the australian sky. better than singapore n malaysia's stars. haha. nice leh...nice nicenice. my grp's 2nd stretcher broke again while we were almost at the finishing point. sucks lor. stupid kokpeng. ask him to lie down he went to sit up and cause the thing to break. dumb. Carrying the stuff for 3hrs is damn tiring. felt lyk giving up, but thankfully, I persisted and continued and finished the 'mission'. my arms ached alot. no strength to grasp or hold anything after that. but it's all worth it. the experience can nv be found here.
After everything, I bathed, had dinner, n Tony said the weather that night will be very bad, with the wind blowing up to 100km/h. woah. so all of us slept at the pagoda, or the fireplace-cum-dinner area-cum-gathering place. the nxt day, we packed our stuff, then did another activity, and then we left the place.
Breakfast there consisted of cereal, bread, cheese, bacon, eggs. yummy. the food is heavenly. lunch n dinner mostly bread, but their serving is huge. Aussies eat alot. grilled chicken, tomatoes, steak, etc, other stuff that we ate. the thought of the food makes my mouth water again...haha.
On the way to the nxt campsite, we stopped by the cosmo centre, or the Gravity Discovery Centre. it was kinda boring there. only interesting thing is looking into the telescopes there. looked at the sun. nth else. bah.
Manjedal Scout Centre. the 2nd place we stopped at. this is another ulu place hidden in the forest. once we reach there we put the tables and chairs in the fireplace. some briefing, n it's dinner time. at night, we slept in bunkhouse. looked like some army bunkhouse. hahaz. with double-decked beds n corridors of rooms. Nxt day breakfast my grp volunteered to serve. serving is fun. stand there, scoop cereal, put on their plates, and tho we could only eat the leftovers, we still ate happily. hahaz. ahh...life in perth. cool. okae, the day's activities divided into 3 parts. We went to Lake Jones to do some raft building. the first grp's raft was a failure. hahaz. haven't even put into the water n their barrels were falling off alr. mine wasn't tt bad. at least the barrels were rather intact. but the raft was shitty. haha. and the water is damn bloody COLD!!! my legs just went numb inside. cannot feel a thing, but can still feel the iciness. and i was swimming in there cos I can't realli get up the failing raft. Swimming in an icy lake on a cold morning. can u imagine? When we got out of the water we were shivering non stop. haha. but it was fun definitely. the nxt 2 activities were pretty slack. walked ard the bush looking at trees n nature with some aboringines. saw some wild kangaroos. pey yann ate a live, fat grub. eww. sat on some bench, listened to the aborigines blow this long pipe. tried blowing it but ended up sounding lyk farting. haha. watched them create weapons. built a bush shelter out of branches and some long grasses. the activites weren't as extreme as the raft one. then walked ard the place on our own using a map. also very slack. haha. then it was dark ard 6plus. had dinner. another round of fantastic food. hahaz. after tt some of us, me, biang, peyyann, bird n jon sat in the cold, on some benches and just chatted. i think ppl must be thinking, wad the hell are those 5 crazy idiots sitting there on a cold night. haha. but who cares. it was nice chatting, laughed alot. haha. mostly talked abt bird's 'gf', sheena. hahaz. boys' talk. nt nice to type it out. lol. after lyk, 1 hr, we cannot take it n went back to the fireplace. that night's dessert was sinful. each of us had this hugggeee piece of brownie cake. the chocolate was soooo thick. and there was also a big jug of cream to pour on it. wahliew. eat 1 piece can grow fat like siao. n there were trays of it on the table. I had 1 piece. but only 1rd, there were still quite a number of brownies left. I had to control myself. cannot even look at the brownies cos they are just so seductive. hahaz. in the end i shared another brownie with my fren. haix, I no self-control. hahaz. fat. nxt morning packed up, and off we went.
CIP. need some CIP work in the morning. basically it was just going to this plantation. and we dug, planted small plants, covered it with some soil. n also clear some plants that had alr grown quite a bit. all in a morning's work. had lunch there, some chinese food finally. then afternoon spent in the same area, learning abt the trees n nature life there. kinda boring. hahaz. but the field there very nice. n so many dogs there as well. some of them very cute. abt 3pm lykdat, off we went to the hotel!
Chateau Commodore Hotel. Finally. the time we've all been waiting for. hotellll. but then the hotel room abit small. but go bathtub facilities. wahh. straight away I went to take a longgg lonnggg bath. shared the room with bingyang n shuhao, aka bird. when we've all bathed, went out of the hotel and walked ard the area. bought lots of drinks n chocs n chips, planning to pig out at night. dinner was at this indonesia restaurant, the food only so-so. mutton, curry, veg, fish, rice, chicken. the rest of the night stayed in the room, watched tv, ate the stuff we bought. very nice when all of us, the 4D guys, n some tchers, juz sat together, shared food, watch tv. haha. watch until ard...12mn then cannot take it. went to sleep in a finally comfy n huge bed. nxt morning skipped breakfast, packed, n at 7am in the morning, checked out of the hotel. first stop, went to the bird park to feed parrots. =S Hahaz. the beach view there very nice. took some photos. but i din get to feed any parrots. they don want to fly to me. too bad then. ha. u don have the fortune parrots...nxt went to Lancelin sand dune. wah, this place is fantastic. tho the sand kept flying into my eyes, my face, my hair, everything. we sand boarded n it's plain FUN. first time I ever sandboard, n the adrenaline feeling while 'flying' down the sandhill...woh. at the end had sand all over me. felt kinda uncomfortable. but nvm, cos the rest of the day is spent shopping. had lunch at some local foodcourt. the food there damn ex. one small plate of this italian pasta thingy cost 7Aussie dollars. oh well...this is perth mate. then some of us 4D ppl followed the tchers to take the local free bus service. CAT is what they called these buses there. took the bus to this shopping complex. Harbour town. I din buy much. juz 1 long sleeved shirt. the rest of them zam clothes lyk mad. haha. siao one, spent hundred of dollars there. in the evening, took the bus back, shopped at this place called Myers. ... ... had dinner at this Italian restaurant. high class sia. spent 20 bucks on one plate of food. Exotic Spicy Chicken Breast. tt's wad it's called. yea..hahaz. then bird nt enough money, paid for his dinner. after tt waited for the coaches to arrive to bring us to the airport. so while waiting we rushed to take some last minute photos. the cinema there is so different frm here. finally we boarded the coach, reached the airport, hurried some last min shopping, had a cup of coffee at dome, haha, then it's home sweet home.

phew. finally I've finished the blog. the whole trip has been very enriching and fun. super fun. I wished I could stay there longer n nt come back to this place full of tests and more tests. nvm. guess after such a long holiday, it's back to the books.

today can be counted as a bad day for me. early in the morning hafta wake up to go to a completely meaningless sports meet. flag raising was late becos everybody were late. n during the sports meet itself, the agonising 4 hours seemed lyk 4years. in the end it ended late, n I left wondering why the hell I came to school today. right after that, hafta go for the perth meeting. got my free jumper and then left.
I went to the vball court, feeling abit happy thinking tt I might get to play some vball before I go. but when I reached there, greattt...nth to do at all. settled for chapteh while the others were donno doing what. then the sec2s went to play first. I mean, they should really prioritise wad... at the end I din get to touch the vball at all, n I skipped my lunch for nothing. once again I wondered why I came to sch.
Supposedly hafta reach St Nicks by 1.50pm...but lyk I said, nth is going right today. the stupid bus 74 took ages to arrive. by the time reach angmokio, alr quite late liao. n I realised I donno how to get there. so my fren called his fren and asked for directions, and we found out tt we missed a stop. so all the way we walked back to the previous bus stop, which is lyk miles away. kk...finally reach st nicks. n so the lit seminar went on.... the thing was ok. except for the cat high presentation. I thought it sucked. n those guys were acting cute all the way. make us feel like changing venues. Newayz, then came the baddddddd part. STUPID IDIOTIC VAS refused to accept our registration. ok lor... don need to play in youth cup liao. THANK YOU SO MUCH VAS. I WISH YOU WILL COLLAPSE AND DISBAND. I HOPE SINGAPORE VOLLEYBALL WILL DISAPPEAR INTO THIN AIR UNDER YOU. ALL THE BEST IN YOUR DOWNFALL. oh yah, GO TO HELL.

ok... latest update on the youth cup. stupid *** everything also donno one lor. donno wad is she up to. dumb. ok, so basically we sec4s just form another team. and I donno if vas will still accept our registration ornot. and ly, stop being so sensitive lah. we nt angry or unhappy with u anymore. things are clear. it's nt ur fault. haix. so now all we can do is juz wait to see if we can play ornot. 1 more thing, the sch sux big time. can't even fork out 80bucks...like real. the sch is stingy, narrow-minded, selfish, superficial and just plain bad. i think all the money go to the principal's pocket.
haix. another bust-up in vball. this time among 3 sec1s. almost fought... where so war-minded one? haizzzzz. cool down mah... don use fist to talk. but sometimes i just can't stand someone. not enthu, not eager to improve, but so talkative and so violent. u noe who lah.

juz found out that those going hainan worse than those going perth. they have to meet at 2am on a saturday morning. to think tt i complain abt meeting at 7.30am. hahaz. 2am leh... madness. where gt plane fly so late one... 2am...manz...i still can't believe it. someday, i should just sit down n count my blessings.
okae...here comes the angry part. ly said we nt participating in youth cup as it's held in the 1st 2wks of the June hols. i mean...WHAT THE ****... he still hasn't reply to my sms yet. if this is really the case, tt is we cannot play due to some stupid reasons, then what am I training for? tt's nt my main concern. i wanna play in a tournament. argh. i don care. i'm gonna fight n argue with him until the end. i make sure i will play. he can don play. i don care.

basically went to renci today. at first i thought go there to interact with the old folks, but in the end only waste my time. the lady just talk talk talk for 1hr lykdat, then bring us on a short 'tour' of the place, then back to the holding room for some questions and answers sessions. the lady can really talk... ask 1 thing talk 10 things. pei4 fu2... Newayz, after tt we went home alr. merely 1 n half hr of 'CIP'. n each of us are supposed to draw a portrait of one folk in 2 wks time when we go back. the thought of it juz turns me off. i can hardly draw. later i draw too ugly n send the old folk into deeper depression. =X
Drawing back to an unpleasant incident ytd during trg. I won't elaborate on what happened. Newayz, boon if u reading this. i know the responsibilities n burdens that come with the role of captain is straining n tough. but don give up or think abt giving up k. no matter what i'm sure all of us will be behind you, juz tt we don show it. n ermz, just forgive n forget k. MS abit upset by the incident, so if u can, juz show some concern lah. but it will be difficult, don say i nv warn u. I'm nt saying who's at fault or what... all of us are at fault. but mb u can show some initiative? yup...jiayou. n to the rest of the team, esp junyu. help boon whenever u can k. cooperate with him, make trg more productive n harmonious, n keep the morale high at all times. go go go...

Newayz, went to watch 50firstDates today at cine. the movie is damn hilarious lor. haha. Adam Sandler n Rob Schneider..best comical actors ever. laughing non stop thru out the movie. ha~~~ha~~~ still laughing. altho the ending abit rushed lykdat, but the show is very nice. one of the best comedies i've ever watched bah.
Sometimes I hate boarding 238 at tp interchange in the night. always got sth happen one. last time it was tt gay. today, this auntie was lyk standing beside me in another line. n when the bus came, she sort of walked toward the front of me. i look at her n i think she abit scared. haha. she asked "can I come in?"... under such situation what can i say? "NO. go to the back n queue up." lykdat meh...? so i juz let her cut. donno whether the ppl behind gt bu shuang ornot... haha. even if so ...just too bad lah. maybe nxt time don let her cut. =X
